We determine what service you are looking for, when you are looking to get it done, and lay out the next steps to complete your job.

Depending on the service you are after, we may require a site assessment. For example, if you are looking for solar installation. Usually for services such as air conditioning installation, electrical installs, and general electrical maintenance, we can get all the information we need over the phone to give you a free quote.

We book in the job at a time that works for you and schedule it in our calendar. We make sure that we are never late to your job! On the rare occasion our tradesman will be late or need to reschedule, you'll receive a call from us with transparent communication on our time of arrival.

Once you approve the work to be done, we get underway on your electrical service. Depending on the service will dictate how long this part takes to complete. You work is completed at the highest quality by our skilled technicians so you can rest assured knowing that every aspect will be completed flawlessly.

If you require any paperwork or connection applications, our team will do that for you. We want to make this process as hands off from you as possible, so you can leave the grueling paperwork up to us!

Once your electrical work is finished, we clean up everything after ourselves and then collect payment. For the smaller jobs, we offer payment options of credit card, debit card, cash, and payWave upon completion of service. For the larger solar installation jobs, we do 50% deposit and 50% upon completion paid via your method of choice (bank transfer, card, or cash).
